Have to admit McGraw is one of my favorite mystery writers. This is a revised edition of a previous book which I read so not sure what to expect. Regular buses run from the end of our ave. Our house is in a conservation area, with a bohemian feel, there are lots of independent shops and cafes close by including vintage shops. The area is culturally rich and the buildings historic. It is a really lovely part of the city.

Stylish 1 bedroom self contained apartment. This studio flat is situated within a family home on the first floor of a Victorian semi detached house in the quiet, leafy area of Sefton Park, Liverpool The accommodation has all the advantages of lodgings all inclusive utility bills, security of landlord on site, friendly people around but also has the luxury of being self-contained to allow for perfect privacy and relaxation once the flat door closes behind you. There is a stand alone back up heater in the flat if heat is needed at times when the central heating has gone off.

This is a strictly no smoking property, including the garden. Entry to the flat is through the shared hallway and staircase of the house. Lovely view of trees and back gardens from the flat. The room has a double bed and long term single guests may occasionally have a friend to stay for one or two nights at a time by prior arrangement with Frank or Dilly.

No mid-week late night entertaining or late night parties please! There is a friendly collie dog called 'Korky' living in the house. There are chairs in the front garden and a small lawn that can be used if guests want to sit out on a sunny day.
